I received my doctorate from UC in 1991. I am applying for my teaching certification in Colorado and need to send a verification form to either the “dean, certification officer, or alternative program representative.” I have my transcripts from UC. Would you send me an email address for who I should contact? I have left two phone messages. I also Facebook messaged Dr. Swami for help, who was dean when I was there. My phone number is (719) 488-1815. Thank you. Lynda
