If you’re looking to take the next step towards National Board Certification, you already know that this advanced teaching credential recognizes accomplished teachers who meet the high standards of the NBPTS. The University of Cincinnati Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction National Board Preparation program offers unique curriculum that will enable you to connect your knowledge with National Board standards, while aiding in the preparation of your portfolio, which is required for certification.
Now is the time to become prepared for National Board certification. Upon graduation, you will be empowered with the knowledge and confidence to meet and exceed the rigorous standards of the NBPTS (National Board for Professional Teaching Standards).
Graduates of the National Board Preparation program are eligible to apply for the National Board Preparation certificate/endorsement from the state of Ohio. Out-of-state graduates will need to check with their state’s Department of Education to see if this program will meet the needs to fulfill the requirements for similar certificates/endorsements.
