Is this program strictly online or does it require on-campus intensives as well? So, could I complete the program from across the country with no problem?
Hi Tori – Our program does not require any campus visits and is delivered 100% online. There is field experience associated with the program, but you will be able to do it in your own school. One of our enrollment advisors will follow up with you to make sure you have all the information you need about what the field experience entails and how it pertains specifically to you. In the meantime, if you have any additional questions please contact one of our Enrollment Advisors at 800-226-0075.

What program would be best suited for teaching in the high school or college level for culinary and pasrty arts??
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts and Design. I am 40 years old, and have always wanted to be a teacher. Am I eligible to apply to the Master’s of Education Program, specifically the program designed for teachers of children in the Gifted, Talented, and Creative programs? My own children participate in this type of program at their schools, so I have experience with children who are designated as Gifted and Talented.
Hi Cindi,
Our General Curriculum and Instruction program is probably the best for teaching that subject. It is designed to help teachers take their knowledge and skills to the next level in the classroom. Just so you know, our programs are designed for the K-12 level, so I am not certain how much it will assist with the college level. You can find a list of courses and descriptions on our website by clicking here. Please feel free to call me at 800-226-0075 ext. 644 or e-mail me at Kyle.Wallace@mastersed.uc.edu with any questions!
