Gifted, creative, and talented students require a specific teaching skill set that will assist them in discovering the power of knowledge and develop to their full potential. The Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction Gifted, Creative, and Talented program prepares teachers like you to develop that creative learning environment and curriculum that helps student achievement.
Graduates of the Gifted, Creative, & Talented program are eligible to apply for the Gifted, Creative, & Talented certificate/endorsement from the state of Ohio. Out-of-state graduates will need to check with their state’s Department of Education to see if this program will meet the needs to fulfill the requirements for similar certificates/endorsements.

Is this program strictly online or does it require on-campus intensives as well? So, could I complete the program from across the country with no problem?
Hi Tori – Our program does not require any campus visits and is delivered 100% online. There is field experience associated with the program, but you will be able to do it in your own school. One of our enrollment advisors will follow up with you to make sure you have all the information you need about what the field experience entails and how it pertains specifically to you.
