Kay Seo, Assistant Professor, Instructional Design and Technology
Dr. Kay Seo is an Assistant Professor of Instructional Design and Technology. Her current research interests revolve around social cognitive development in virtual worlds, constructivist approaches to online social media, and technology integration in K-12 and higher education. Dr. Seo has published her research studies in top-tier, peer-reviewed journals including the American Journal of Distance Education, Computers & Education, and Educational Technology Research and Development. She has presented numerous papers on instructional technology at nationally and internationally renowned conferences. Dr. Seo earned her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology at Utah State University with a perfect GPA and received the Ph.D. Scholar of the Year Award when she graduated.
